FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Fredonia State senior Spencer Lefort stopped by the Fredonia State Sports Information office prior to departing for the NCAA Division III Track & Field championship meet in Naperville, Ill., where he'll compete in the men's heptathlon March 8-9.
